Q. What is this all about?
A. Every fortnight, we give the chance for players to grind in their favourite game throughout the night. Its like a mini LAN almost

Q: Does this have anything to do with DIY? i have an angle grinder at home..
A:NO!, there is no diy involved.. no power tools required.

Q. Sounds great, how much is it?
A. £10 covers the night

Q. I’m under 18, can i come along?
A. yes, with parental consent you can come along. We will need either the parent/guardian to come in to verify consent to attend the Grind.  We also have forms which will have to be signed and returned before the event.

Q. Do i have to play xxx game all night?
A. No, you are free to play any game you want all night. Although this is the perfect chance to round up a few guild/clan members to make grinding that little bit easier.

Q. I’ve heard enough, where do i pay?
A. Just pop into Esc and pay one of the members of staff, we’ll take a note of your name and have register you for the Grind at least 24hours before the event.

Alternatively you can pay on the night however you are not guaranteed a place this way.

Q. When does the event officially start?
A. 11pm Friday night till 11am Saturday. At 11pm, 12 hours will be credited to your account, unused time will remain in your account so even if you choose not to grind, you’ll still have the hours in your account to use within normal operating times.

Q. Do I need to stay all night?
A. No, you can leave whenever you like

Q. What should i bring?
A. Treat it like a mini-lan, change of clothes if it gets too hot. extra clothes if it gets too cold, cash for refreshments throughout the night… there is no definitive answer to this question

Q. I don’t want to use the PCs in Esc for grind night, can i bring my own PC?
A. Yes you can however for people bringing their own PCs, their in-store account will not be credited with 12hours. Treat this like a LAN, leeching/torrenting/excessive bandwidth hogging activities are frowned upon-ed and anyone found will be verbally warned before being pimped slapped.

Q. I’ve spotted a few spelling mistakes, can you fix them
