Hey guys had a blast! Loads of really good games, some very close ones and one rather sore spanking!
Looking forward to getting better as the weeks go on!
I’ll hopefully be in more often for some casuals as I play PS3 SFIV.
Until next time, peace!

Hey guys was reading the rules and am worried about one of them.
“I know i cant beat player XXX can i kill him and remove him from the tournament so i can win ?”
Does that mean I got to watch my back when walking alone in the streets?

just a quick reply to avoid any confusion, the next ranking battles is going to be on 18th October 2009.
Although theres plenty of guys up for Street Fighter IV, we cant guarantee a turnout on non-event days.. the worse thing that can happen is that you trek all the way in, only to have noone to play :’(
On another note, we’ve started up the SFIV dojos so if you need your SFIV fix inbetween the ranking battles this might just be the thing that you’re looking for!
Held every Tuesday and Thursday between Ranking Battles, the dojos start from 6pm till closing. Entry fee is only £2 per person.
We had a nice turn out yesterday with new challengers appearing.
An official announcement will be made soon!

We won’t be using the ps3 version for any SFIV events so you’re pretty much stuck with the following options:
1. start using the madcatz stick just to get used to playing with a stick and then use one of the supplied sticks.
2.Take the risk and play on a 360 pad.
I’ve been thinking of using the pc version as an addition to the 360′s after the last ranking battle.
This would allow the use of a ps2-> usb controllers for users wanting to use older ps2 wired pads/sticks. I’m not 100% sure if usb PS3 sticks/pads will work on pcs.
