ESC Yu-Gi-Oh Duelist League Nights are the perfect way to sharpen your Dueling skills, make new friends and win cool prizes! Get together every second weekend for the league session, and Duel to see who’s the best in town.
There’s a prize at the end of the session for the top 2 Duelists with the best record!
The league nights will also be a casual place to practice your Dueling skills and try out new Decks and strategies against more experiencedplayers, so even if you haven’t played before come give it a bash.

THE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
The tournament will be in the advanced format and all the latest rules and banned card lists shall be used and handed out during the night.
All matches shall be best of 3 with 2 points for a win and 1 point for a loss.
We will be running this tournament over 6 weeks and everyone is welcome to come along and give it a go.
The tournament shall be run and be adjudicated by Shaft so if anyone has any queries or issues before or on the night feel free to consult him to pm him or send him an email: shaft@esc-games.com
The initial prize will be:
1st place: £100 + 1 Free Grind Entry
2nd place: £50 + 1 Free Grind Entry
however the prize pot may increase depending on the success of the league.
The prize presentation will take place 1 week after the end of the league on the 20th November 2009 18:00.
Q: How much will it cost me ?
A: The cost to play in the league will be £10 each weekend which can be paid before or on the night.
Q: What time will the night start and finish?
A: The tournament nights kick off at 11.00pm but the matches will start roughly 30 minutes after. The night then finishes at 11.00am the following morning.
Q: Can I use different decks?
A: On the night you attend you must declare the deck you will be using and also a side deck (if you have one), however you can change your deck each weekend as you like.

as a suggestion because the tournaments are not sanctioned i think it would be more fun to un ban on enot o powerful card from the ban klist per week cos it would be awsome and we can decide during the week and agree for what band card we can use at each grind.
i dont know about adding un banned cards. it might not be a sanctioned tournament but it is a yugioh game and the cards have been banned for a reason. but the last word is upto shaft.
