Command & Conquer is upon us, and with more and more people joining the league every day the competition here in ESC is getting tougher and tougher. If you dont know already we’ve gotten everyone classed into three groups dependent on experience, so plenty of new players are getting to play lots more games. With every group evenly matched, the entrants are improving by leaps and bounds every day this weekend. Already promising entrants in C League are looking to make their way up. While BigDaddy in A League is looking more and more like he’ll be dropped, care of General! There have been plenty of crazy rushes (jonny!), nut’s strategies (General) and solid economy booming (Roukanken), and as more games play out, you can see everyone is refining their skills. Plenty of players are already taking advantage of the ability to view all the league game replays in ESC, I personally have been enjoying them in widescreen up front! Saving replays and giving everybody the chance to spectate is not only a good laugh, but lots can be learned from ones mistakes. While the wars have been raging in C and B League, A league hasnt played one of it’s matches yet! I’m sure some of those replays could be interesting.
Once the league round robins are up we’ll have a ton of seriously skilled players, and from there we can run a different sort of league system, or form a team league. We’ll be arranging something cool for the winner
